Modigliani
Painter and sculptor, unique in his style. Modigliani was famous for his portraits of women, characteristic with stylized faces and slender necks. He was born in Livorno in 1884 but he reached his artistic maturity in Paris.
Cacciucco
Cacciucco is the king of Livorno kitchen. It is prepared with different varieties of fish and shellfish, served very hot on slices of bread toasted and rubbed with a clove of garlic.
